The Creative Foundations Supportive Living program allows individuals to live as independent as possible in the community. Creative Foundation's Adult Day Services offers alternative employment for individuals with developmental disabilities while giving them a chance to express themselves in a creative way and get paid for it. Creative Foundations works closely with educators and other agencies to help our individuals be successful. Creative Foundations provides the following Supportive Employment services:
