Compassionate Team Member Position
Creative Foundations is seeking compassionate Team Members to assist our individuals with developmental disabilities in Champaign, Knox, and Delaware counties. We provide support with activities of daily living and promote community involvement and supportive employment. We offer competitive pay and benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance as well as paid time off. Applicants should have a flexible schedule, high school diploma, valid driver's license, reliable transportation and submit to a criminal and driving background check. The Creative Foundations Supportive Living program allows individuals to live as independent as possible in the community. The level of services an individual requires is based on individual abilities and working through a team process. Creative Foundations also strongly believes in Self-Determination. 
Creative Foundation's Adult Day Services offers alternative employment for individuals with developmental disabilities while giving them a chance to express themselves in a creative way and get paid for it. Our Town Studios gallery exhibits fine art, painting, drawings, hand painted ceramic tiles, and much more.
